This two-day festival is a treasured community event, attracting gardeners and those who love gardening to the David Davis Mansion. It consists of both a Garden Walk and Garden Fair.
The Garden Walk provides ticket holders with the opportunity to explore 10-12 private gardens throughout the community in their mid-summer glory, featuring unique designs including shade gardens, water features, favorite perennials and annuals, vegetables, towering trees, and native plants.
The Garden Fair on the mansion lawn features several dozen local small businesses selling garden-inspired art, crafts, treasures and of course, plants. Community partners at the fair offer visitors, especially children, garden-themed activities and art experiences. Other offerings include live music, self-guided tours of the David Davis Mansion, and tours of Sarah Davis’ heirloom garden offered by Master Gardeners. Garden Fair visitors also love shopping the Clover Lawn Gift Shop inside the mansion.
